Excuse me. I am a noob. This component is very smart but I have found some stranges... or I don't understand much that use it. My question is: When I try to buy (and pay) 20 ticket in a single buy, the system assign me only One ticket. See the image... I see just ONE ticket payed in the "event status module" What can I do? Thanks so much!

No, the system shows one ticket (code) as used. The other 19 codes have not been used yet. So the way the system works: If you buy 20 tickets, one will be used for yourself and you send the other 19 codes to your friends/clan-mates so they can use them to pay.
