Well, to be honest, I did not really work on myLANsite in the past few months. Reason being, that I just had enough to do in my personal life. And on the other side the lack of feedback I get for the project.
I know that by know many are using myLANsite for their LANparties or just for tournaments (google is my friend :), but people just download, install, use it if it works, or just leave it if not.

But for me to be able to take myLANsite further I need _your_ feedback (and maybe from time to time little money on my PayPal account so I can finall buy that pink iPod mini for my girlfriend :). So, whenever you think that something should be made different or found a bug, send me an email. Costs you no time, and helps me updating the components in a way _you_ want it. I will then try to determine whether the chances you would like to have would be beneficial for others too to plan the development.

As most of you probably have read, I will stick to Joomla! in future. So, the current versions of myLANsite will work on both, Mambo 4.5.2 and Joomla! 1.0.0, but this might change in future to Joomla! only - depending on what direction Joomla! goes.

But now the real stuff:
I updated the language component, somehow I made a silly mistake so an include() could never find the language file. Fixed in 0.0.3 now.

There was a major bug in the teams component in the frontend on the "my Teams" list. Is now fixed as well in 0.0.2.

Just a small bugfix in the catering component on the main ordering form. Forgot a closing </form> tag. This is the first bug reported by a myLANsite user! Thanks Dan!

And finally, I uploaded the version 0.0.2 for the eventmenu. The first version did really suck. Improved admin backend layout and I believe there were some bugs in the frontend (it's quite a while since I fixed this stuff, just never uploaded it).

More real stuff:
If you do a lanparty in England (preferrably around London, East Anglia [home counties]), and are using myLANsite, drop me a line. I would love to assist you in setting up the system and also during the event itself. This enables me to see where the current issues are, which process has to be improved to help you work more "effective" with the system.

My Email (as if I hadn't already enough spam): samuel (dot) suter (at) gmx (dot) ch

Have fun downloading the new components. You might have a look at this article for component updating procedures.
