Is there anyway that when you submit your event to mylansite and enter the postcode on the form that the Mylansite_Event component generates a button to go on the listing that says Map?
Would this be simple enough for you to do?

You can manually enter some html code into that field to cretae a map link.
We use google maps for ours.
