I've tried different ways of doing this, and also tested several other accounts. The problem remains:

Even only registered, but not enrolled, users can occupy seats. Why is that? I want the users to first enrol to a LAN, and then occupy a seat. The reserve stuff works, cus then you have to select from a list. Is this a bug, or a limitation?

You can configure in the backend who is allowed to occupy a seat.

Normally, only people which have signed up for the event and which are marked as "paid" are allowed to occupy a seat. But check the config options, you might have set it differently.

It's set to

Users must have paid to occupy a seat: No
Users must have paid to reserve a seat: No
Users can only reserve seats for users which have paid: No
Maximum amout of reservations a user can make: 5
Lenght of a reservation in hours: 24

So, this should mean that the users who can occupy seats must be enrolled, right? I've tried different users and it seems that even no enrolled users can occupy. Why is that? Both regular users and admins...

All users can occupy seats, even them who's not enrolled.

We could use the 'paid' stuff, but that will only confuse the users since they're supposed to pay on arrival
